Promotional Apparel Brings In New Ideas

Climbing up the corporate ladder is a dream for any rookie employee like me. You have to impress your boss, get noticed by co-employees, and get the higher-ups know your name, at least. When I was asked to design logo promotional apparel for an upcoming office activity, I took it seriously with the hopes of getting the bosses’ good side.
I called all of my friends. At first I lured them to come for some booze and food, but behind all that elaborate design, my intention was to get from them fresh ideas for the logo promotional apparel items that I will be designing. Yes, that was a deceptive way of doing it, but hey, they’ll get drunk nevertheless.
It took some subtle introduction, and I was able to squeeze out ideas from them. All of the ideas ranged from crazy, weird to plain old boring. One even suggested making an imprint of eagles like american apparel do, but I said it was for the company activity. Maybe it was just because of the liquor, or maybe invited the wrong guy.
While nearing the end of the drinking session, I was able to get enough brain-“storms” to think and ponder on for the logo promotional apparel products that I will be making. Give it a few days and I will give the bosses the best reason why I’m the right choice for the job, and that I deserve a promotion. I’m ready to give my suggestions now to the boss. Hopefully he likes it…
